Hello and welcome to the CMMS PTSA registration page! We are glad you are here!

The next few pages allows you to purchase an annual PTSA membership, make donations, and sign up to volunteer.

Donations: Your generous donations will directly support CMMS academic grants (teacher grants/grade level grants) student social events, and other PTSA programs (Angel, Gift-A-Book, Reflections, Staff Appreciation) and more. This is CMMS PTSA's main resource of revenue and 100% of your donation is exclusively used at CMMS. It’s tax deductible and qualifies for corporate matching.

Volunteering: Is a fantastic way to meet other CMMS parents, see your students and their friends.
