Established in 2021, the CMMS PTSA mission is to build a welcoming and inclusive community by supporting students, families and the Cougar Mountain Middle School staff through programming, educational opportunities and advocacy for our students. Our goal is to build a strong CMMS PTSA and your membership shows your support in the work that we do.

Your annual membership dollars support local, state, and national PTA programs that bring families, schools and communities together to advocate for the health, education, safety, and welfare of all children.

The CMMS PTSA Annual Fundraiser "Pass the Hat" is happening now! Our goal this year is to raise $18,000. Suggested donation is $75.00 per CMMS student which helps maintain our current levels of programming. However, any donation makes a difference and is greatly appreciated. 
 
By donating funds to the CMMS PTSA, you help support and make positive changes to our school community and student enrichment. Your generous donations will directly support CMMS academic grants (teacher grants/grade level grants) student social events, and other PTSA programs and enrichment.
Your support makes a difference!  "Let's do this TOGETHER!" Spread the word and help us reach our goal by September 15.

As a reminder, your Issaquah School District volunteer status must be approved each year. Complete your Volunteer Application with the Issaquah School District and make sure you have Cougar Mountain Middle School selected under school preferences. 

2024-25 Student Reflections Art Program theme is "Accepting Imperfection".

 Reflections is a National PTA arts competition that provides an opportunity for students to use their creative talents. If your child loves art or has a creative flair then they will enjoy entering an artwork in this year's Reflections program.

Yearbooks, ASB Cards, PE Uniforms, Athletic Fees and More

Click here to complete purchases for items such as CMMS Yearbooks, ASB Cards, PE uniforms, Planners, Sports Fees and more. Unlike at most elementary schools, you pay for all of these items during registration or at the school office - not the PTSA.

WalkAbout Volunteers Needed!

WalkAbout is a PTSA program that partners with the school to provide a positive adult presence on campus during peak traffic and unstructured times. At CMMS, this is during lunch. WalkAbout volunteers have designated places where they walk around the school campus encouraging appropriate behavior and allowing students to feel safe and secure.
